Our Neighbourhood Approach The ‘Our Neighbourhood Approach’ focusses on the strengths that exist in local areas to create engaged and well-connected communities placing people at the heart of health and wellbeing. Funded by the West Glamorgan Regional Partnership. The project brings people together as a collective to share their skills to develop and grow grassroots projects, activities and schemes that will enrich their lives and the lives of other residents. The project undertakes asset mapping within the local area, identifying support groups, local services, green spaces, and more. Get involved!
